BK Realty Services, under separate LLC’s, has purchased and rehabilitated many properties.  Currently there are 14 properties in the portfolio consisting of office, retail strip centers and multi-family type properties.  All properties were renovated and showed significant leasing improvement upon the completion of work.  

BK Realty Services, looks for “value added” properties – where a property has deferred maintenance and tenant vacancies due to not receiving the necessary care or attention.  With creative ideas, working capital and a network of good vendors the success is seen quickly by becoming profitable, fully leased properties.  We manage these owned properties and have a vested interest to maintain them properly and keep satisfied tenants.

BK Realty Services is always looking for new properties and works well with local brokers to locate such.  Geographically, our main focus is Florida, from the Palm Beach to St. Lucie Counties.  We have had many success stories in this area and believe it is a good fit for future investment.
